Refund and Returns Policy
- Our items are non-returnable due to consumable nature of the product.
- However, Products are returnable within 10 days from the delivery of the product if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged or different from their description on the product or on our website.
- Return will be processed only if the product is not different from what was shipped to you.
- Products may be eligible for replacement only we have the exact same item in stock.
- If the replacement request is placed and we do not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.
- We may contact you to determine the damage or defect in the product before issuing refund/replacement.
